  • Customer centricity is at the core of what we do: We put ourselves in the shoes of our customers and seek to understand their business and business model. This enables us to develop solutions to achieve their goals, such as bringing down total maintenance cost over multiple years, or building a strong business case to bring down the levelized cost of energy.

Commercially innovative: We offer unique business and commercial models, which we tailor to clients based on their needs and desired outcomes, while finding an adequate balance between risk and control. This drives an outcome-based focus, and pushes all parties to innovate technically and operationally. 

  • Value chain collaboration: We collaborate closely with both customers and other industry players across the value chain in order to reduce cost and environmental footprint. 

  • Early engagement: We seek to support customers early on in the process, including during licensing. This enables them to build a stronger and more robust business case and also increases their chances of securing licenses.

  • Digitally enabled: We utilize data and autonomous solutions to drive structural cost reduction. 

  • Industrialize the O&M space: We seek to use the value from Akastor and the IKM Group to industrialize O&M in offshore wind. This includes taking learnings from other industries, such as logistics, insurance and property management.
